1. UK & EU Customers

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means:

• You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
• If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request cancellation at any time before shipping.
• To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email at info@revlr.uk within the cancellation period.
• You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

2. US Customers

For customers in the United States:

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at info@revlr.uk.
• If your order has already shipped, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in line with our Refunds Policy.

3. Exclusions

• Products that have been opened, used, or are not in resalable condition cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Perishable goods that have been opened are excluded from cancellation rights.

4. Refunds After Cancellation

• If you cancel within the permitted timeframe and return the goods in acceptable condition, you will receive a refund of the original purchase price.
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs before dispatch or we made an error with your order.
