1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be made within the timeframes listed below:
    • UK & EU Customers: Within 14 days of delivery, in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations.
    • US Customers: Within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items returned that are opened, used, or not in resalable condition may not qualify for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, please email us at info@revlr.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will provide instructions for returning your product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially used tea products.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Any item returned beyond the eligible timeframe.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please request a refund for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
