1. Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within the timeframes listed below:
- UK & EU Customers: Within 14 days of delivery, in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- US Customers: Within 30 days of delivery.
- Items returned that are opened, used, or not in resalable condition may not qualify for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, please email us at info@revlr.uk with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
We will provide instructions for returning your product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
3. Processing Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned items.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used tea products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Any item returned beyond the eligible timeframe.
5. Exchanges
